Setup Matters

We had only two issues to triage so this might have been a five-minute meeting but we tacked on a hootenanny of a discussion about how we're going to deal with NuGet packages in the new world of WiX v4.0's micro-repos.

Today was another triage-only meeting but this time we had a few bugs that prompted more discussion than usual, so we ended up with a nicely-timed 30-minute meeting.

On this fine spring day, we had a quick bout of triage as we get back on track to our normal fortnightly meeting schedule.

As Rob was on vacation, we skipped the meeting we would otherwise have had on 29-March. As next in the line of Benevolent Dictator For Life succession, I enjoyed my iron-fisted rule, brief as it was.

We had a few more issues than normal, as we missed our last fortnightly meeting due to an attack of Flumaggedon that took down Rob. (Then I was briefly sidelined as well but as I'm over 2000 miles away from Rob, I probably can't blame him for sharing.)

This week's meeting might have started out as a serious contender for shortest WiX Online Meeting yet, but it turns out even so many years into the life of WiX, we can get an issue that surprises us grizzled veterans of setup and deployment.
